Return & Exchange Policy
What is your exchange/ refund policy?
Thank you for shopping with us.
Please note that all sales are considered final. Our products are carefully inspected before shipment to guarantee their excellence. We encourage you to review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.
However, in the unlikely event that you receive a product with a manufacturer’s defect, we are here to help. You may exchange the defective item for an identical replacement within 30 days of purchase.
Contact our customer service team at info@therealplanetasia.com within 7 days of receiving your item to report the defect.
Provide a detailed description of the defect and include photographic evidence.
Our team will review your claim, and if approved, we will provide instructions for returning the defective item.
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process the exchange for the same item.
Please note that items must be returned in their original packaging and condition. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the returned product does not meet our policy requirements.
Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping charges depend on the quantity, destination and shipping option, which will show on our checkout page before payment.
Where are items shipped from?
All CD's and Vinyl are shipped from USA.
When can I expect my order to be shipped?
90% of all orders are shipped within 72 hours if ordered before 12pm (PST).
My order is shipped via Air Mail/Economy Air, why am I not able to track it?
Air Mail and Economy Air do not offer tracking. The estimated duration for Air Mail is about 14 business days. The estimated duration for Economy Air is 21 business days.
My order shipped via USPS and there is no tracking number available.
Tracking information will appear as soon as USPS updates it's status and you will receive an email with your tracking information.
I have not received my order in the expected shipping time frame, what do I do?
Please contact us at info@therealplanetasia.com if you have not received your order within the expected timeframe.
